RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Below the tabs there is a parameter selection box to add a tour for reservation. Before clicking Select a tour, clarify the date and number of persons. After a preferred tour is selected, tick its starting time. Add the tour to Reservation section, tick additional options if there are any available and click Add. The selected tour will be added to My tour section. The number of tours for reservation is unlimited. Reservation is confirmed in the My tour section. If the options mentioned previously need changing, click Edit, tick new parameters and then click Apply. The reservation and payment of the preferred tour is conducted by clicking Checkout. After entering contact details in the form click Pay.
Reservation can be made in advance within half a year. Most tours are available to be reserved in the short term, up to 3 hours prior to the start of a tour. For tours requiring long-term preparation and arrangement the time frame within which they can be reserved is mentioned in Terms and Conditions section.
After successful checkout a customer is sent an order confirmation email followed by a voucher confirmation email. They are to be sent within the time frame mentioned in the Terms and Conditions section. If confirmation is not sent / delivered by mistake to Junk Mail folder within the time frame specified, it’s strongly recommended to contact us.
A voucher contains information about a tour and its parameters selected by a customer. Unique reservation code mentioned in a voucher confirms the payment of a tour. A voucher guarantees that customer is entitled to receive services.
A voucher provided in a voucher confirmation email has to be printed and shown to a guide. In case printing is not possible, a customer can show a voucher confirmation email or name the unique reservation code.
Generally100 % of the total cost of a tour is refunded in case reservation changes and cancellations are carried out more than 72 hours in advance. More detailed information is provided in the Terms and Conditions section.
No matter who paid for an order, voucher can be used by any person. If required, an order confirmation email and a voucher can be sent to a person for whom a tour is reserved. For this enter this person’s contact details in the form on the Checkout page.
A tour can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or via PayPal. The payment is securely processed and received on the company bank account.
While reserving a tour customers’ data security is provided by payment services that proved effective in international e-tailing.

For every tour the most convenient meeting place is arranged. Changing the meeting point is not possible.
The must-have documents for tourists are as follows: passport / ID, voucher (acceptable as a form of photo on a phone or any other gadget) and the documents mentioned (if there are any) in Extra tab.
It is firstly recommended that customers should carefully read FAQs section to get some questions of theirs answered. Is there are any questions left, customers can contact us by any means mentioned on Contacts page. Complicated questions may take some time to be answered. If there are any urgent questions, customers are strongly recommended calling to 24/7 Support Hotline (the phone number is given on the Contacts page). If customers need to get in touch with us on the question of the ordered tour, they must be ready to name the order number and confirm the contact details mentioned when reserving. In such a case the service delivery will be faster and more effective.

CONSTRUCTOUR is always prepared to help our customers if they are in a pickle. Customer Service operators will provide urgent consultations and if required, immediately connect you to the police, ambulance service and other emergency services. Broadly speaking, you won’t be face to face with your problems.

Should an emergency arise including personal threat or that to your private property, accident or unforeseen emergency, you need to:

- contact us by phone or send an email (go to the Contacts Section);

- tell your personal data, contact details, the number of the reserved tour and the matter of your problem to an operator.

Our Customer Service will render urgent information assistance to you and if required, connect to specialized services after your email is processed. This information will be saved in the Customer Service database. Later you will be sent an email informing you on the response actions taken to settle the matter.
