Moscow airports advise passengers to arrive around three hours prior to departure. Those flying within Russia are advised to arrive two hours prior to departure.
if you are delayed more than 1 hour in customs, immigration, baggage collection , it is your responsibility to call the driver number or send an email to make contact with us. If you fail to call our contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

No cancellation fees more than 72 hours in advance
Reservation changes can be processed up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of a tour. In case cancellations are carried out more than 72 hours in advance, 100 % of the total cost of a tour is refunded. If reservation is cancelled within 24-72 hours prior to the start of a tour, 50 % of its total cost is refunded. If reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund is granted.
